CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
To cancel your registration for an in-person course, please send an email to [email protected] at least 3 business days before the first day of class. Because our courses are tied to an online learning platform that provides you with immediate training material when you registered, course cancellations are handled on a case by case basis and depend on the amount of content accessed:
- 0 to 10% of content accessed= Full Refund minus a 3% fee
- 11 to 50% of content accessed = 75% Refund
- 51 to 100% of content accessed = 50% Refund
For an online courses with no hands-on class, no refunds will be given once you've accessed the online material.
